About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Finance & Investment Analyst to join our growing real estate investment and asset management team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle—from identifying and evaluating new acquisition opportunities to monitoring portfolio performance and supporting strategic investment decisions. You will work closely with senior management and contribute to the growth of both the Company’s own real estate portfolio and properties managed on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and redevelopment projects.

• Build and maintain financial models to assess investment performance, cash flows, profitability and projected returns.

• Prepare investment appraisals, valuation analyses and financial forecasts.

• Conduct market research, including rental trends, property values, comparable transactions, occupancy levels and economic indicators.

• Support financial and commercial due diligence for acquisitions, disposals and development projects.

• Monitor the performance of existing assets and identify opportunities to improve occupancy, rental income and overall investment returns.

• Analyse lease structures, tenant profiles, operating costs and capital expenditure requirements.

• Prepare annual budgets, business plans and portfolio forecasts.

• Evaluate refurbishment, redevelopment and asset enhancement opportunities through detailed financial analysis.

• Prepare investment memoranda, management reports, presentations and recommendations for senior management and investors.

• Support client reporting by preparing financial analyses, portfolio performance reports and strategic recommendations.

• Assess financial, commercial and investment risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

• Liaise with property owners, tenants, lenders, valuers, consultants, lawyers and other professional advisers throughout transactions and portfolio management activities.

• Assist in the evaluation of new business opportunities, property management mandates and commercial proposals.

• Maintain accurate financial models, market research and portfolio data while ensuring high standards of reporting and documentation.

 

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

• Experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, real estate finance or asset management.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial modelling techniques.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, investment appraisal and cash flow analysis.

• Ability to analyse complex information and present clear commercial recommendations.

• High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
